Teachers Appreciation Luncheon

The school district celebrated its annual Teachers and Staff Appreciation Luncheons. Two elementary schools and a middle school followed tradition by providing lunches to teachers and staff as a token of gratitude for their dedication. This event, commonly known as the "Teachers Appreciation Luncheon," was supported by many enthusiastic parents who contributed ideas, effort, and resources. After days of preparation, Chinese appreciation tables were set up at three schools today. Floral arrangements by master florist Lucy and baked goods from several master bakers have already arrived at the schools. Volunteer moms responsible for the setup are in place, and later, a few fitness enthusiast dads will collect and personally serve special lunches to the teachers. This event is a gesture of gratitude from the Asian community, which makes up 29% of the school district, and hopes to encourage more parents to join in future events.
